How do I place my Order?

First of all you need to click “Place an order button” and you will be forwarded to the order form. Start by choosing a category that best describes your assignment. Then provide a project description, make sure you are very specific and provide all the information that you have. You will also be asked to provide your email to help you to monitor the progress of the work. After posting the project, the Writers will bid on it. You will be able to view Writers’ profiles before selecting them. In their profile you will find useful information like areas of expertise, monthly statistics, and Customers reviews. After you make your choice, you will be asked to pay.

How do I pay?

There are two ways for you to pay. You can either load money onto your EssaySupply account and manage Writer’s payments through there, or you can make direct payments through PayPal. Both of these methods are safe and secure.

What if I forgot my password?

The password can be reset at any time by clicking on the “Forgot Password” option located below the “log in” button.

Can I indicate the suitable timeline for getting my Order done?

The deadline that you indicate on the Order form is the time by which the Writer will finish your work and have it delivered to you. Should the deadline change while the Order is already underway, you should inform the Writer immediately so he/she can make proper adjustments.

How can I attach additional materials to my Order?

After filling out several fields in the Order form and pressing ‘Place an Order’ button, you are redirected to a page that contains detailed information on your assignment. Here you may add instructions, indicate the style needed, write a detailed description, and attach all necessary files.

Can I change my Order once it has been accepted?

You can – click on the “Edit Order Details” button on your Order page. Depending on the changes, this may make the Writers' bids outdated and no longer active. If the Order has been accepted, then you will need to communicate with the Writer and come to an agreement with them.

How will I get my essay?

Once the Writer has received the payment, you will get a choice of receiving your essay as a PDF file or a MS Word document. You can download it directly from your account on our Website and save it to any device that you want.

What if there are no bids on my Order?

While it is rare, it is possible for an Order to not receive any bids. If it happens to you there are a couple of things you can do. First review your Order details carefully and make sure that everything is clear and all of the supporting documents are there. You also have an opportunity of choosing an option called “Assign Writer Automatically”. With this option our system will automatically go through all of the available Writers that fit your required subject area and assign the best fitted Writer to work on your Order.

What if I do not like my paper?

If there is something you are not happy with, please make sure to inform your Writer immediately, preferably before the product is done. Once the Order is completed and the payment has been made, it is no longer possible to request any revisions to it. You do have the option of placing the Order again and choosing a rewriting or editing service.

How much do papers cost?

There are a couple of different factors that will affect the price. Complexity of the Order, the length of the assignment, the deadline, and author experience are the main factors. You are able to check the approximate price by simply placing and Order, it is free of charge and it will give you a good idea of what the price will be.

Can the details of my assignment be negotiated with my Writer?

With EssaySupply all communication takes place directly between the Writer and the Client. In case you have any specific or complex requirements you are always welcome to discuss them with the Writer using the messaging system we have in place. It can be accessed anytime from your personal account.

What does the “Preferred Writer(s)” option do?

If you really enjoyed working with your previous Writer, you have to remember his/her ID and use it while placing new Orders. If the ID is correctly indicated - your Preferred Writer will be the first one to review and work on your order.

What do rewriting and editing services mean?

The main purpose of both of these services is to improve content of preexisting work, meaning you have to provide the initial paper. These services are very useful for people that either have a draft they have written or somebody who got a paper back from their professor with a lot of comments that require fixes.

Editing service usually consist of making changes to around 25-30% of the content in the paper, changes like grammar, referencing, and formatting fixes.

Rewriting is editing, revision, and proofreading of the initial paper, adding more value to the content of the paper, presenting new ideas and views on the subject discussed in the paper.

What does Top Priority Order mean?

This is an additional service that will give your Order a top priority and make it stand out to attract our most experienced, professional Writers to accept it. It will automatically be listed at the top of all Orders that a Writer sees on the Site. This service costs extra and you may use it when your Order is in the “Bidding” status.

Do you offer any discounts?

Instead of offering a discount we do our best to keep our prices up to your expectations. Meaning, you will be able to differentiate a whole set of prices depending on the experience, the competence of the Writer and his/her reviews. With each order you have a clear choice and a fine range of price suggestions, to make the best choice. How are Writers rated at EssaySupply?

It is based on Customer reviews and their level of cooperation with the Company. You will also be able to see their number of completed Orders as well as other statistics like their main fields of knowledge, number of Customer reviews, etc.

What are Writers' awards?

Do you guarantee on-time delivery?

Please make sure that all the requirements and supporting materials are provided in timely manner so that your Writer won’t have any difficulties with finishing your Order on time. If the Writer is having challenges and cannot complete the paper within the deadline, we will communicate with you ahead of time and request an extension.
