•How does Essay Supply work?
All you have to do is to fill out our order form, choose a writer for your assignment and collect your paper in a timely manner! For more detailed info please check “How it Works” page.
•What formatting style do you use?
You may choose your preferred formatting style (MLA, Chicago, APA) when you place your order. Your paper will be formatted according to the rules of that style. The final essay will be delivered as a plain Microsoft Word document.
•What if I forgot my password?

•Is it free to submit an order?
Yes – payments are only made when you have chosen a writer who suits you. Until that point, everything is free.
•How are payments performed?
You can either load money onto your Essay Supply account and pay your writer there, or you can pay them directly via PayPal. Both of these methods are safe and secure.
•How much do papers cost?
This depends on a number of factors such as deadlines, complexity, length, and author experience. You may check a price by simply placing an order – it’s free!
•Can I ask my writer to add an abstract to my paper?
Of course, this is an additional service that you can agree on with your writer.
•When will my essay be done?
When you first place your order and complete the form, you may select a deadline. Thus, you got your paper by the indicated date. If your deadline should change, please inform the writer immediately, as they may have a lot of active orders and need to manage their time efficiently.
•How can I attach additional materials to my order?
After filling out several fields in the order form and pressing ‘Place order’ button you are redirected to a page that contains detailed information on your order. Here you may add instructions, indicate the style needed, write a description and attach all necessary files.
•Can I change my order once it has been accepted?
You can – click on the “Edit Order Details” button on your order page. Depending on the changes, this may make the writers' bids outdated and no longer active. If the order has been accepted then you need to communicate with the writer and come to an agreement with them.
•How will I get my essay?
Once the writer has received payment, you will get a choice of receiving your essay as a pdf file or an MS Word document. You can download it directly from here and save it to your device.
•What does the “My previous writer” option do?
This lets you select a writer that you have worked with in the past. If you liked someone a lot, then you can have them work for you a second time.
•What if I do not like my paper?
You need to tell the writer this right away, preferably before the essay is done. For this reason we strongly suggest that you monitor their progress and make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.
Once the order is completed and payment has been made, you may no longer request revisions to it. You may place an order for rewriting or editing services if you wish.
•What are rewriting and editing?
This is when you have a draft or whole paper done and would like some help improving its content. You will have to provide the initial paper. Editing consists of changes to no more than 25-30% of the paper's content, and rewriting is editing, revision, and proofreading, meaning that up to 70% of the draft can be changed.
•What does it mean to list an order as featured?
This is an additional service meant to make your order stand out and attract our most experienced, professional writers to accept it. It will automatically be listed at the top of all orders that a writer sees on the site. This service costs extra and you may use it when your order is in the “Bidding” status.
•Can I communicate with the writer assigned to my paper?
Yes, you can. Our chat feature allows you to monitor the order and communicate with the writer.
•Have all the writers' skills been tested?
Absolutely. Our testing standards are very rigorous and we only accept the best. Additionally, our rating system lets you know what kind of work a writer has been doing at Essay Supply, letting you make the best choice.
•How are writers rated at Essay Supply?
It is based on customer reviews and their level of cooperation with order completion. You will also be able to see their number of completed orders, which lets you know how many reviews the rating is based on.
•Where are you located and where are your writers located?
